Every machine runs without interruption

The organization of production must be based on every machine operating without interruption. That is how you reach maximum efficiency with the same machines and the same people: no downtime, no waiting and less waste.

What it looks like on the shop floor

  1. No measuring tapes, no hesitation

    Workers don't measure. They follow clear sign markers on monitors synced with the machines.

  2. Just-in-time instructions

    For every element, the worker gets precise instructions exactly when needed: how to handle it, where it goes, how to position it and how to set up the machine.

  3. Asynchronous operations

    Workstations perform different operations on the same product simultaneously, without waiting for the preceding step.

  4. Carts instead of a conveyor

    A specially designed cart-based transport system simulates a continuous assembly line: the line is always loaded and ready to operate.

  5. Minimal waste

    Cutting optimization algorithms are built into the platform, keeping raw material waste to a minimum.

  6. For any equipment

    The configurable platform takes in your factory, machine and technology details and coordinates manual, semi-automatic or automatic production lines.
